Rhiannon Elliott brings 15+ years of food PR experience and genuine nutritional expertise together - helping food brands that are doing good get the coverage they deserve.
I'm Rhiannon Elliott, also known to many as Rhi. I am a senior PR practitioner and nutrition advisor - helping both brands and individuals navigate the world of healthier food. I bring together years of food PR knowledge with higher education in personalised diet and health.
I have over 15 years' experience working across both PR agency and in-house roles, mostly on lifestyle and food brands in both consumer PR and corporate communications. Over the last ten years, I've specialised in food PR and have delivered campaigns for clients including Whole Earth, Clipper Teas, Kallo, Ecotone, Purition and Charlie Bigham's. From strategic planning to results delivery, I am able to create effective communications plans to support wider business goals. My focus is largely on brands that encourage healthier eating, and minimise their environmental footprint.
I am passionate about the power of making positive diet and lifestyle changes to improve health and wellbeing. Taking my interest further, I studied with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and have a Higher Education certificate in Personalised Diet and Lifestyle. This has given me a deeper understanding of the science behind food and lifestyle choices, and corresponding consumer trends.

Rhi xFor senior agency experience, without the agency fees, you've come to the right place. I work to get under the skin of your food brand to understand your business goals and key audiences to develop an effective and highly-targeted PR approach.
I can work with you on a retained monthly basis, or as a singular project. I only work with food brands and companies that are doing good for the health of people and the planet.
Rhiannon has been an invaluable partner in helping Beyond Food re-establish our digital presence. After a long hiatus where our focus was purely on internal challenges and fundraising, we found ourselves 'social media shy' just as we were launching a major partnership with the West Ham Utd Foundation, running inspiring programmes for vulnerable people and preparing for a new restaurant opening. Despite our limited time and lack of expertise, Rhiannon's first-class approach is helping us find our identity and voice again. She has a unique ability to take our complex social impact work and translate it into compelling story telling for social media. She is a joy to work with and has been the steady hand we needed to navigate this transition.
